Sun Salutation Tracker

GoodMango is your home for tracking daily Sun Salutations and staying motivated to keep moving, one salutation at a time.
The app automatically counts and tracks your practice as you move through Sun Salutations, a full-body flow of breath, movement, strength, and steadiness practiced by yogis for generations.
More features are on the way, including guided practice, progress milestones, and new ways to stay consistent.
How to Practice
Set up your phone
Place your phone low enough to see your full body when standing. Lean it against a wall, block, book, or stable object.
Use good light
Bright, even light helps the counter see your standing position and movement. Avoid strong backlighting.
How counting works
GoodMango watches for you to begin standing, move through the salutation, and return to standing. For right/left practices, both sides complete one full round.
Troubleshooting
If the counter misses reps, step farther back, improve lighting, move slower for one test round, or reset the practice.
If camera access is denied, open your browser or device settings and allow camera access for GoodMango, then try again.
Save to Home Screen
For quicker access and easier daily streak tracking, save GoodMango to your home screen.
iPhone / iPad: Open in Safari. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Android: Open in Chrome. Tap the menu, then Add to Home screen or Install.

GoodMango currently includes four Sun Salutation variations.
Privacy & Camera
Camera tracking runs in the browser. No video is recorded or uploaded in this prototype. Session history and streaks are stored locally on this device for now.
If you clear browser data, remove the saved home screen app, switch devices, or use a different browser, your local streak may reset.
Future versions may add account sync and daily progress backup.
